Who: UAB Regions Institute for Financial Education is hosting an ACT prep course at no charge to 9th and 10th grade GEAR UP Birmingham students. What: Starting in February students will receive pre and post testing plus 15 hours of instruction concentrating on all five subject areas of the ACT. Who: The University of Alabama at Birmingham, Birmingham Civil Rights Institute, and Urban Impact Incorporated.
